By downloading, installing, or using Revelio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These terms apply to all users of the App, regardless of how it was obtained.
Revelio is a magic performance tool. It uses Instagram's native WebView to display a chosen playing card as the most recent post on any public Instagram profile during a live performance.
Revelio is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
The Instagram name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Their use here is solely for descriptive purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Revelio complies with Instagram's Terms of Use. We do not encourage any usage that violates Instagram's policies.
Since the App uses Instagram's WebView, your Instagram session is governed by Instagram's own terms and privacy policy.
Revelio is intended for personal entertainment and magic performance use only. You may not:
— Use the App to deceive, defraud, or harm any individual.
— Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its source code without permission.
— Attempt to reverse engineer the App beyond what is permitted by the open-source licence on GitHub.
— Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Revelio is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will work at all times, particularly since it depends on Instagram's interface which may change without notice.
If Instagram changes its app or API in a way that breaks Revelio's functionality, we make no commitment to a timeline for any fix.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Revelio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Revelio is distributed via GitHub. The source code is available under its respective licence. Please refer to the repository for licence terms governing redistribution and modification.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when terms were last updated.
